Day Nine

My name is Charlie, and I'm a compulsive overeater.

::Hi, Charlie!::

Today's food:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 oz. ground beef, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tortilla, 1 cup peaches, 1 tbsp. nuts

Lunch: Out to a restaurant called Louie's. I had the Santa Fe Salad. Then I stopped and got an apple afterwards.

Dinner: 2 cups salad, 1 brown rice tortilla, 4 oz. taco meat, salsa, 1 oz. cheese

Snack: 1 bag 100-calorie popcorn, 2 tbsp. nuts, 2 Keystone Light beers, 3 cheese sticks.

Yeah, that last snack was excessive. I think that's a problem with my addict mind. I hear that I can have "approximately" 400 calories for a snack, and sooner or later I'm gonna "approximately" blow right through that.

I'm ok, though. I'm here. I'm doing this thing, one day at a time.

Today's food:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 oz. ground beef, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tortilla, 1 banana, 1 tbsp. nuts

Lunch: 1 brown rice tortilla, 2 cups lettuce, salsa, 4 oz. taco meat, 1 oz. cheese

Dinner: 1 small plate of whole-grain pasta with meat sauce, approximately 1 cup green beans, approximately 4 oz. milk, 3 pieces Wasa bread, 1 oz. cheese

Snack: 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. nuts, 1 100-calorie bag of popcorn, 3/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana

Day Seven

My name is Charlie, and I'm a compulsive overeater.

Today's food:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 oz. sausage, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tortilla, 1 banana, 1 tbsp. nuts

Lunch: Went to a restaurant called Salad Alley. One plate of salad - all veggies with approximately 4 oz. of protein (eggs and ham). Approximately 2 tbsp. lowfat ranch dressing, 1 cup pineapple and grapes, 1 cup vegetable soup, 1 piece "wheat" bread

Dinner: 1 brown rice tortilla, 2 cups lettuce, salsa, 4 oz. taco meat, 1 oz. cheese

Snack: 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. nuts, 1 100-calorie bag of popcorn, 3/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana

Day Six

Today's food:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tortilla, 1 banana, 1 tbsp. nuts

Lunch: Panda Express. I had chow mein with Firecracker Chicken and Chicken with Green Beans. Stopped at QT for an apple afterwards.

Dinner: 1 brown rice tortilla, 2 eggs, 2 oz. sausage, 1 oz. cheese, 8 oz. V8

Snack: 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. nuts, 1 100-calorie bag of popcorn, 3/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tortilla, 1 banana, 1 tbsp. nuts

Lunch: 2 cups chicken noodle soup, 2 cups salad, 2 tbsp. light blue cheese dressing, 2 small apples

Dinner: 8 oz. potatoes, 3 eggs, 1 oz. ham, 1 oz. cheese, 2 cups edamame

Snack: 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. nuts, 1 100-calorie bag of popcorn, 3/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana
